let the @britax chaperone be your child’s chaperone in the back seat :: review

If you are wanting the best for your baby when it comes to the combination of safety and travel, I have one of the best for you today! Personally speaking, I think Britax IS the best…however, I haven’t had any lawyers trademark that claim.  It’s just little ‘ol me talking out loud 🙂 Seriously though, I am going to share with you the Chaperone Infant Car Seat from Britax and talk to you about why I think it is the best choice for those in the infant car seat purchasing market.  There is so much to learn about the Britax Chaperone Car Seat, however, I will cover a slight portion of what I think is important as a “mom”…and you can read the detailed information over on the Britax site as to WHY it all works out the way it does.  Deal?

First off, just looking at the car seat and not knowing anything about it originally, the structure at the back of the car seat (now knowing it’s called the Anti-Rebound Bar), made me automatically think there is extra protection in case of a car accident.  And I was right!

The next thing I noticed was the extra “cushioning” on the car seat sides.  Again, making me think in the unlikely event of an accident that my sweet babe would have extra protection.

The seat is VERY user friendly.  I don’t know about you, but sometimes I sure feel overwhelmed when it comes to car seats.  I don’t have a seat for each of my children in my husband’s car as well as mine.  Therefore, I have to move the seats around if they are going to run around town with him.  I need to be able to do this on my own and the Britax brand has never given me any problems.  In addition, it has a “smart” seat belt…as I call it.  It repositions on it’s own when adjusting for different sized children.  Smart and Simple!

This seat has up to a 30 lb weight limit, to help with the growing child and working in conjunction with that child being rear facing even longer!

Cool patterns.  I mean, come on…we have to have our babies stylin’ too! 🙂  Ok, not really a safety or “important” factor…but fun.

Honestly, I have 100% confidence in this brand.  You guys, dig in to this seat.  You will see and learn WHY I think Britax is a front runner in child transportation seats and why spending a little more than you would on another brand gives you the protection that is priceless!!
