Are your kids big on stuffed animals? My kids’ beds are chock full of dolls, furry friends, and other miscellaneous soft and snuggly things. Sometimes I wonder how they actually sleep with all the other stuff they try to cram in there. And inevitably, come Saturday morning, they drag one or two or six of them out to cuddle with on the couch. Well, the YogiMi Smile Pillow is both a pillow AND a cuddle buddy, giving my kids everything they need for their weekend snuggle sessions. This supremely cute little fellow has a smiley face sewn right on and is made of a soft cotton that allows his (or her) head, arms and legs to be moved and adjusted to allow for that perfect position during Saturday morning cartoons. Our little YogiMi is a happy shade of turquoise but this “humanoid” pillow is also available in pink, orange and blue.

My two older kiddos absolutely LOVE this pillow. In fact, I am most likely going to have to order a second one because they literally rush out of their rooms in the morning to see who can get to it first. Everyone deserves a pillow buddy, right?? What I love most about this pillow/squishy friend is that it has a TON of uses. Most recently, my daughter has realized that she can prop the iPad on it while the pillow is on her lap, which is actually pretty ingenious. My son has taken to using him as a wrestling buddy, flinging him into the air and then rolling around on the floor with him (proving his durability in the process). Boys will be boys. I can also foresee our YogiMi friend (we can’t decide on a name for him; my son wants to call him Stripe because his mouth looks like a stripe but I want to name him Fred because Fred is just a fun name for a little pillow guy) accompanying us on many trips as well. He is perfect as a car pillow or just to keep the kids entertained on our long car rides to Tennessee to visit my parents.
