I often associate holidays with scents. You’ve heard alot about Yankee Candles in the past few months HERE. I love burning candles. It makes our home feel more cozy, clean, and inviting.
Valentine’s Day is coming up and I have been trying out True Rose. The 2 wick large candle has up to 85 hours of alluring, rich and velvety scent. . . as fragrant as a special delivery of flawless deep red roses.
I can’t do the candles that smell like food because they make me want to eat sweets all day. I love fresh scents and the True Rose candle smells exactly like a real rose. It doesn’t smell like old lady perfume. You won’t be looking for Great Aunt Edna somewhere in the room. It’s a beautiful scent and it’s pretty with my Valentine’s décor.
I would rather get this True Rose candle then a dozen roses. If we had extra money in our budget I could enjoy fresh flowers, but I feel like I don’t get to enjoy them for very long. I’m not speaking for every woman, but the practical side of me appreciates the longevity of the candle and it smells like I have dozens of roses throughout our home.
