teething babies can chomp on a “yummy mitt”

unnamedWith expecting a new little bundle of joy soon, I have been having fun learning about all the new and fun products on the market. It’s crazy to me how much products can change over the course of three years (ok, maybe the craziest part to me is that my son is going to be THREE this week! Hold me!!!), so it is fun for me to see what can make my life a little easier the second time around πŸ™‚

One of the new products I have discovered is called the Yummy Mitt. This teething mitt from Darlyng and Co is really cool! We all know that babies like to chew on things… especially their hands! When my son was little, I remember vividly the day that he discovered his hand. It was like a foreign object to him. His fascination with his hand was hilarious to watch! It seemed to surprise him how much control he had over it. After that, there was no stopping that hand from going to his mouth. Why babies think their hands are delicious, I still do not know… but they do! That is why the Yummy Mitt is such an awesome option for teething babies.

BPA Free, PVC Free, Lead Free, Latex Free and Phthalates Free, this teether is an excellent choice for your little one to gnaw on. But what I love the most is how the teether secures to your baby’s hand. Once a child discovers their hand, they also discover how to throw things! With the Yummy Mitt, you are able to easily take the mitt on and off with the easy access slit opening, BUT the mitt is also secured nicely with velcro so that your little one can’t chuck it across the room πŸ™‚

So if you have a little one in the “throws” of teething… I would definitely suggest picking up a Yummy Mitt!

Oh, and did I mentioned that it glows in the dark??? Pretty cool, huh? πŸ™‚

I wish I had the Yummy Mitt for my children when they were babies. I always worried about harmful chemicals in teething products, so this would have been great to have.

This is really cool! I actually got one but my baby was too old for it by the time we got it. It would’ve been perfect for her around 6 months!
