I have tried several different types of one-size cloth diapers, but I have never seen another diaper that adjusts like the SoftBums Omni! Rather then using snaps to adjust the rise of the diaper, the Omni uses adjustable leg elastic to create the best fit for your child’s legs: from 4” to 14”. I can tell you from experience that it fits beautifully!
So what holds the moisture? SoftBums uses a “Pod” system for their inserts. I had the opportunity to try the One-Size Dry Touch Super Pod. These pods are great because, like the name indicates, they stay dry to the touch. My son is very sensitive to moisture being on his skin (he gets diaper rashes very easily!), but these pods help wick away the moisture. I think perhaps my favorite part about this pod though is the way it adjusts! There are snaps on the pod itself that help you size it. When folded, this pod gives an extra layer of moisture absorbing material toward the front of the diaper (which is great for little boys!!)
When paired with the pods, the Omni can be used as a pocket diaper or as and AI2. If you want fast diaper changes and the opportunity to reuse the cover, simply snap the pod on top of the diaper. When soiled, you can easily unsnap it and then snap in a clean pod. I personally like pocket diapers, so I always insert the pod into the generously sized pocket. The snap at the back of the diaper attaches to the pod which keeps the pod from shifting around at all.

My baby boy has been using snap diapers, but his chubby thighs and skinny waist make it difficult to get a diaper to fit right. This looks like it would solve the problem!
