All around us we find potential moments of weakness.  From food choices, to workout choices, to choosing to be on time or late…and on and on. It surrounds us. There is a constant battle inside our brains. I don’t know about you, but I’m so tired from it. I’m tired of running around all day long, from one thing to the next. Realizing I left 5 minutes too late. Then, since I didn’t have time to prepare for being gone all day, I realize I haven’t eaten much of anything. And it’s 3:00 pm. That right there, is my stage for my snacking failure. Once you realize you haven’t prepared correctly, what do you do? You reach for everything and anything you can find. From that point on, the remainder of the day I’m playing catch up. Downward spiral effect…

Did you happen to watch the big game yesterday, and see the ad from Weight Watchers. Not only was is super colorful and completely eye catching, but it sure got my attention. I am doing my best to take time on the weekend, when my husband is around to help with the distractions, and I’m prepping food for the week ahead. I’m talking about making sure we have the ingredients for a couple dinners throughout the week (leftovers the other days and one night of take out). I am setting up a game plan so that failure is less of an option. It doesn’t mean it’s not going to happen, it just means I’m doing my best to avoid the failure and set myself up for success.

Not once has the Personal Coaching made me feel bad or make me feel like less of a person for the choices I’ve made. It has empowered me each and every time I have a session. I leave the session with a renewed energy about my goal ahead. I leave with a game plan to conquer the task for the week/month/year.     It is so hard to walk away. You go into stores, and right at the check out, there is the candy stash. I am learning to go to the self check outs, no frills, no candy! I am trying!

    LOVE WW! Used them to help lose baby weight. Even thought I am not active with them right now, I still use all the helpful knowledge and habits that I learned from them 🙂 What a great deal! Save $ abd lose weight? Yes please!
