Every day I feel like my 2-year-old is growing, learning, and mastering new skills. There are a lot of toys leaving our toy bins right now as we “level up” to the next set of toys that will stretch and entertain him. The challenge is to find toys that will not only work for simply weeks or months, but years to come.
Let me introduce you to the toys from
BeginAgain, a sustainable toy company based in Colorado. BeginAgain creates toys that focus on skill building and inspiring imagination for kids from ages 6 months through 5 years – although my 7 and 9 year olds will gladly say that they enjoy playing with the toys we have as well. As a parent you can appreciate that not only do toys from BeginAgain challenge your kids to use their creative juices, they also are all battery-free (because kids are noisy enough).
We have been having a lot of fun playing with the
Gear Stacker Stacking Rings at my house. As the older two kids have enjoyed making towers and then inverted towers they also have been learning the colors for each ring in multiple languages. Not to be left out our newly minted 2-year-old intently watches his sisters and then babbles away as he tries his turn at construction, destruction, and puzzle assembly.
There are so many great options from BeginAgain Toys to choose from that my problem isn’t finding toys that my kids will enjoy, but rather, not going overboard! Right now my wishlist for the kids includes the Tinker Totter Robots Playset & Building Set, the Dunk & Dive bath toys, and the Dinosaur A-Z Puzzle to name a few (all pictured below).
