You guys. It was a wet and rainy weekend here. Ugh. A weekend of muddy soccer! While the kids don’t mind playing in the rain, I’m not a huge fan of the muddy clean up!
So of course my son had to wear his white jersey for a muddy soccer game. And while I realize it’s a jersey and it’s bound to get muddy, I still wanted to get it nice and clean. Those things are expensive! So I sprayed the jersey with a leading stain remover and washed it. And it did not come clean. There was still a ton of mud on the jersey even after washing. I dabbed on the Stain Devils for grass and mud, rubbed it in and washed as usual. And the jersey came completely clean. It looks brand new! I was shocked–clearly this was a tough stain that my former stain remover couldn’t get out. I was really just hoping it would lighten up a bit. I never expected it to get completely clean! I love that Carbona has a Stain Devil for anything. Blood? Taken care of. Wine? There’s a Stain Devil for that? Ketchup? Are my kids the only ones who seem to never eat over their plate when we are having ketchup?? Apparently not because Carbona has that one taken care of, too. And I can’t tell you how many shirts I’ve ruined from cooking oil. Just a little spatter is all it takes to ruin a shirt. But there’s a Stain Devil for that, too! These have now found a permanent place in my laundry room! I even went ahead and saved this nifty stain chart so I know just what to use for virtually any kind of stain.
