I’ve lost 7 lbs. since Christmas, BUT 5 of those were pounds that found me after a few too many Christmas cookies in December. It’s a slow process, but it steadily comes off if I’m diligent with exercising. I have a product to share today that I use when I work out. Read on to hear about active underwear. I wouldn’t trade being a mom for anything, but there were certainly some things that came along with motherhood that I was not informed about. She sat down on the next machine and she thought…did I just wet myself?!?! Connie did her best to pull down her shirt over her wet pants and she took herself right back home. Nobody told Connie that light bladder loss was a mark of motherhood.
