Conni usa :: active underwear :: review + giveaway

disclaimerconni usaSo who has stuck with their New Year’s resolutions? Still exercising in some way, shape, or form? I’ve lost 7 lbs. since Christmas, BUT 5 of those were pounds that found me after a few too many Christmas cookies in December. It’s a slow process, but it steadily comes off if I’m diligent with exercising. I have a product to share today that I use when I work out. Read on to hear about active underwear. It doesn’t magically slim you, but it does magically keep you dry if you happen to be a mom that has some light bladder loss. {{groan, so embarrassing!}}

I wouldn’t trade being a mom for anything, but there were certainly some things that came along with motherhood that I was not informed about. I’ll do my best to be polite, but if you have had children you know that not only does your child have a lack of bodily functions, you may as well. You may laugh so hard that tears run down your leg if you know what I mean. Jumping jacks….just don’t do them til you kid is at least 2.

Someone I know {wink} had their first child and their first day back at the gym was a shocker. Let’s call this friend of mine, Connie. Poor Connie was in for a surprise. Remember when circuit training was all the rage? Her gym had a set up much like curves so she decided to start out there. She jumped on the bike until the light flashed red. She went to the next circuit and started doing jumping jacks. Hmmm…that felt kinda weird. Next up was some weights. More jumping jacks and things definitely were not right. She sat down on the next machine and she thought…did I just wet myself?!?! Connie did her best to pull down her shirt over her wet pants and she took herself right back home. Nobody told Connie that light bladder loss was a mark of motherhood.

I’m so happy Connie not only let me share her story, but she found the super amazing Active Panties from www.conniusa.com since that dreadful day at the gym. Incontinence is an issue for all ages. Don’t miss out on the review I did earlier this year for Conni Kids underwear and bed pads.
