If baking is not your thing, but you enjoy yummy desserts that make your company go wow…here is a recipe for you. Although it requires no baking and it’s very easy, you do have to plan ahead because it needs to be in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Brownie Delight- makes 9×13 pan
Brownie bites (I get mine at Costco)
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (12 oz) carton of cool whip
3 cups milk
1 pkg (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
Place brownie bites in bottom of your 9×13 inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold 1 and 3/4 cups cool whip into cream cheese mixture and spread over brownie bites.
Wisk milk and both pudding mixes in a large bowl for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with chocolate chips, nuts, or your favorite candy bar.
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
