GF-Bread-Cover-ABin5Strictly speaking, my family is not gluten free… not anywhere close for that matter! Because our diet contains gluten, I try to balance out diet with gluten free recipes while we are at home – limiting our gluten intake. If you are anything like me, one of my favorite things (besides homemade ice-cream) is bread! Just talking about it makes my mouth water… oh wait! Maybe it is the delicious loaf of bread I have cooling on the counter right now that is getting those taste buds going!

Gluten-Free Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day is a wonderful book to help you achieve a gluten free bread that rivals most breads that contain gluten! Now, this is not just another recipe book… this book contains lots of helpful information regarding gluten, storing your recipe for easy baking, and many MANY more helpful tips, tricks and advice.

I recently tried making this Master Recipe… while it turned out beautifully, I definitely need a little more practice, but I am off to a great start thanks to this book! I am eager to try new recipes and satisfy my taste buds.

I love when a recipe has mostly all the ingredients already in my pantry. I’m not gluten free or allergic but I would love to try experimenting with gluten free recipes. Thanks for the recipe.
