add chef tools to your kitchen :: cuisipro robot ice pop mold

Summer is coming to an end but that does not mean we have to stop making popsicles.  My kids love them and I am so excited that Chef Tools could send me these Cuisipro Snap-Fit Robot Pop Molds.  They are super fun and easy.

These Cuisipro Snap Fit Robot Pop Molds are very easy to use and put together. I love that they can all snap together or you can use them individually.  They freeze very well.  I made the mistake of filling them all the way to the top so I had some drippings in the freezer. Lesson learned!

The intelligence behind the Cuisipro Robot Ice Pop Mold certainly was not artificial. These20120902-183211.jpg pops are a fun way to enjoy a frozen treat. The mold creates a robot-man, while a wrench is the popsicle handle. With 6 individual molds, these ice pop makers are a space saver because they allow you to make pops individually or all at once.

I used Renee’s Blueberry Coconut Popsicle recipe to make some popsicles for the kids.  These molds are on the larger side. Well it seems like it anyways and one recipe only fit in 4 of them. I made another 1/2 batch to fill the rest of the molds.

Another lesson learned was to strip down the 2 year old into a diaper and eat them on the deck. The popsicles were very easy to slide out of the mold. It is nice that there is a little ridge on the handle to hold any drippings that melt, although my 2 year old didn’t understand that and kept tipping it  to eat it and it was dribbling down her belly.  It was quite cute actually.

At Chef Tools you can also find pretty much anything you would need for your kitchen.
