We need food to help us survive. Finding recipes and things to eat that the whole family loves is hard sometimes when you have younger kids.
We eat to live, not live to eat! I try to stress this for my kids. Choosing the right foods is a huge task when teaching your kids the right way to eat. This weekend I wanted to find and put together something that all of us would like and eat. We a few searches and recipes mixed together I came up with a Keto Italian salad. It’s like a antipasto salad with out the pasta.
And guess what? It is so EASY and SIMPLE to make.
This is such an easy dish to bring to a get together. Double the recipe to make enough to share. I also love how colorful it is. 4 out of 5 in our family loved it. Kid approved.
Screen shot it to save it to your phone. Easy way to remember it.
keto italian salad does look tasty and fun to make. I would enjoy bringing this to a summer party!
