We are firmly in the middle of winter and here in Michigan we even get to add the joys of Lake Effect weather into the mix (isn’t that photo amazing?). While the snow is flying and the temperatures keep dipping lower and lower I keep dreaming of summer and warm sunny days.
My girls and I like to be on the move a lot during the summer and I have some products that we’ve shared before on theSIMPLEmoms that are on my list of essentials for enjoying summer (or at least making it easier to enjoy). Trips to the beach, nights at the lake cottage, day trips to experience our great state, the following items are usually traveling along on our adventures.

5) Games :: always good to have on hand for entertaining kids on a rainy day or after dark. Peaceable Kingdom makes some awesome kids card games such as Alphabet Go Fish!
