When I was first sent a BUNCH of the new Skinnygirl products, I wondered how on earth I was going to share the fabulous-ness with you all. And honestly, I’m still at a loss to share all of the great things. So, I have resorted to sharing with you HOW I have been using it. Like, real life and all. This summer has been crazy, insane busy. Nothing has been consistent, including my workout regimen. Between inconsistencies and the tear I have in my hip now, I have been forced to watch what I’m eating. I’ve been pretty lucky in the fact that I really haven’t had to do that much since I live a very active lifestyle, running/working out and all. I love doing it, so it was never “work” for me!

However, what I love almost as much, is the food and drinks I put in my mouth. Ha! But really, come on. How good are these things we create to consume?!?!? The Skinnygirl brand helps focus on portion control, which I believe so many people struggle with, me included. They are tasty treats in a small portion. They do the thinking for us! I’m going to share with you some healthy and indulging snack options. So, let’s get on with it!

I am a huge fan of the first product I tried, from Skinnygirl. I was introduced to the Skinnygirl White Cranberry Cosmo a couple years ago, and it was my go-to drink, when I needed a drink. Light and low calorie.

I am new to the other products, so I’m crazy happy about trying them out and sharing how I am using them. The first thing I was able to make with the Skinnygirl products used the Skinnygirl Sparklers. It was a hot, hot night after a long, LONG week. So my husband and I got in the kitchen and started creating!

We made a light and fruity mixed drink using the Black Raspberry Sparklers. It was delicious! Below is the recipe if you’d like to check it out too. FYI…alcohol added. I’m sure you could create this over ice and skip the booze too!

• 1 shot of vodka
• 1 shot of peach schnapps/triple sec
• 1 cup of Black Raspberry sparkler drink from Skinnygirl
• 1/3 cup of pineapple juice
• splash of grenadine
• cut up fruit of choice 

In addition to being sent the Sparklers from Skinnygirl, we were sent a handful of other products. Some are even great for every day, like the low-calorie Water Enhancers and breath mints.

How would you like to add a little something extra to your daily water consumption? Our family is big on water, that’s our beverage of choice over soda, tea, etc. on a daily basis. Every now and then it’s nice to have a little extra splash of flavor, and the Water Enhancers from Skinnygirl do just that!
