I don’t know if it’s good genes, good habits, or a combination of both, but we are a cavity free home.  I’m not proud of this, but we drink sugary beverages and eat our fair share of candy.   1. My son knows once bathtime is over its time for bed, so we snuggle close, warm up after his bath and breastfeed a little b4 going to bed. Hes 1 1/2.

  8. We love to snuggle and read before bed. I have my little grandson several nights a week. I did the same with his Mama.

  13. My favorite bedtime ritual is rocking my littlest guy before bed. He is always so sweet at that time.
