I came across 100% Pure a little over a year ago. I was so torn with my desire to wear make-up, and the knowledge that the ingredients in most cosmetics were so toxic.

I may be pretty low maintenance, maybe even considered a bit of a hippie, but I’m just like any other girl! I like to get prettied up – it makes me feel good about myself!

But how does it work? Right???

I have been using their powder foundation and mascara for the last year, because that is really all I ever use – and I LOVE them. But I was sent a pot rouge, a satin eye shadow, an eye pencil, and a lip gloss and I like them so much I’ve been giving myself a few extra minutes in the morning just to get those on 🙂 Everything works just like the make-up you are used to minus the toxic ingredients!I was also sent a Key Lime Body Wash Foam, Strawberry Lemonade Body Cream, and Cocoa Kona Coffee Body Scrub. I was surprised how soft my skin felt after using the body foam! The cream feels fantastic – not greasy at all, and my skin felt conditioned even at the end of the day. I’m pretty much in love with the scrub…but what’s not to love about pampering yourself with chocolate and coffee together?! Again all of their skin care products are non toxic! I can read EVERY ingredient on the labels – I love that.

  75. I’d love to try the eye shadows. Having something so close to my eyes always makes me a little cautious. With an ingredient list like 100percentpure it will do wonders for my confidence.

    1. Joanna I can’t do pretty much anything by my eyes because they are so sensitive, so I was skeptical but I haven’t had any problems at all! Mascara is usually so irritating especially when I wear contacts but I have been wearing theirs for over a year and never had issues!
