Who doesn’t love cheesecake? I love cheesecake!! Being on keto, I had to find a way to alter certain desserts to make them keto friendly. I shared the cheesecake recipe not to long ago that I just can’t live with out. I have been trying to come up with a crust that would make sense for a cheesecake. Now, this isn’t your traditional graham cracker crust, because well that just isn’t keto friendly. I tried to use the least amount of ingredients to make it simple and easy. I love desserts, so I just had to find a way to make more desserts keto friendly.

While trying to make it keto friendly, I wanted to add in some protein so you can get more in for the day while having a treat. Konscious Keto is delicious clean protein powder that you can make shakes with or add to anything. I decided to add it to this. It kicks up the flavor and adds 10 grams of protein per scoop that you add.

- 2 cups of pecans crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 packets of stevia
- 1 – 8oz brick of cream cheese
- 4 packets of stevia
- 1 tub of truvia sugar free cool whip
- 1 scoop of strawberry cheesecake konscious keto
- Mix together the first 6 ingredients for the crust and set aside.
- Mix together cream cheese and stevia. I used beaters to make sure it gets it all and not clumpy. Mix in cool whip til smooth.
- Add in scoop of Konscious Keto powder.
- I used muffin silicone liners and lined the bottom with the crust then added the cheesecake mix on top.

Enjoy your dessert. Don’t let a diet hold you back from enjoying a dessert.

The keto cheesecake bites look delicious. I have to try the recipe provided.
Oh, these look soooooo good! Thanks for sharing the recipe. 😀
I love that there’s protein in it. I feel like since I’m not too big on eating a lot of meat I need to find more ways to get protein into my diet.
WOW, these looks so delicious!
