walking through summer activities comfortably with soft comfort

This summer sure has been one for the books. There hasn’t been much consistent in our lives and that’s been challenging. Heck, my time on the blog has been nill as well. There have been plans made, plans cancelled, things changing at the drop of a hat and many disappointments. I have found myself in a stress ball mindset for much of this summer and it’s sure been challenging. I thrive, like many, on routine! And, well, routine has been absent. I always work on keeping our household as consistent and the least amount of stress possible for my girls, but that comes at the cost of my sanity most times. Humph.

Priorities. My children, am I right? We are all sure doing our best! What are you doing to keep your house “stable” during these uncertain times?

On a lighter note…. **swoon**

I will say though, I have enjoyed, from time to time, getting ready to head out to a store with either my husband or one of my kiddos. I’ve been trying to protect them from seeing the negative in the world, so many grocery store trips have been on my own. They are in a bubble here, and I don’t mind it one bit! However, I had the chance to check out these adorable Garden Path Sandals from Soft Comfort…and comfort is the key word here! The cute buckles are working buckles and add a great accent to the shoe. They remind me of the shoes from the 70’s that I loved from when I saw my Mom wearing them too!
