a simple recipe :: 3 ingredient keto cheesecake

Finding low carb and low sugar desserts is hard. I crave sugar so I was so glad to switch up my regular dessert with one little step.  This is by far one of the easier desert to make and so yummy.  What I love is that this can be the main ingredient to another dessert or just eat it with a spoon.I tend to just eat a spoonful every now and then.  It satisfies and it’s so yummy.

So what you will need is one brick of 8 ounce cream cheese, 4 packets of stevia and one tub of sugar free cool whip. You can use the truvia whip if you want to. I just recently found this one and it is pretty tasty.  I mix together the stevia and cream cheese first with beaters. Then add in the cool whip and mix well.

You can add fresh berries to it or you can use a 1/4 of a graham cracker to add some crunch. The possibilities are endless with this type of dessert.

One last thing, to get a kind of a key lime flavor, go ahead and add some drops of lime juice. It’s delicious.
