Think back to all those high school memories and I’m sure you can remember your Junior Class Ring Ceremony. Although our entire family was unable to be there due to COVID-19 restrictions we were able to celebrate with photos. Even if your child does not want to participate in these special events of their last moments in high school encourage them to. Graduation is a huge milestone in your child’s life and a huge accomplishment. North Augusta’s Class of 2023 has a lot to offer.
Since we chose for our daughter to go to our alma mater the ceremony was like a high school reunion for her father and I. I couldn’t believe how many of our classmates had children the same age. What a great way to celebrate our children’s junior year of high school.
When we were told to order her class ring I had her select all the styles she liked then we discussed traditional versus non-traditional styles. She had her father’s and my class rings to look at and try on, but she decided to go with a non-traditional class ring. At least by going with a non-traditional class ring she will be able to wear it for years to come. Thankfully my class ring was the perfect fit so we knew what size to order. Back in the day we actually tried on different class rings and were sized to ensure that the ring would fit, but due to COVID restrictions we were unable to do so.
What’s even better about these moments is sharing them with your friends. Back before cell phones we would have to wait until the film was developed to see all of our pictures from these special events, but now you know before you leave the event if you need to take more pictures.
This is just the beginning of special events in our daughter’s life. I can’t wait to see all that is in store for her. Congratulations North Augusta High School Class of 2023!
