First of all, we just want to thank all the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our country!
Having 4 family members in the military, at one point, really makes me sit back and think how grateful I am to have them around. Growing up with my father in the Navy for 22 years, as well as my grandfather in the military, I honor those who have died while in active duty. So much sacrifice goes into what these men and women do for our country.
Memorial Day will be a day to reflect and remember those who have lost their lives while in active duty. Pray for those families!
I will be spending time with my father and husband this year thankful for their time and remembering those who were lost. The stories they can tell are heartbreaking yet interesting to listen to!
