A few years back I was wandering through a local bookstore and came upon a display of amazing kids toys and craft products that I instantly fell in love with. At that time eeBoo was a new company to me and I was very excited to quickly learn about all the different types of products they offered for my little ones to enjoy. With Spring arriving soon eeBoo will be releasing some more new products and I am very excited to share some of the old and new with you over the next couple weeks.

eeBoo Fold to Mail Paper Dolls Stationary letter writing
This week let’s start out with the eeBoo’s new Paper Doll Fold-to-Mail Stationary Set. Like their mom, my kids thoroughly enjoy receiving mail the old fashioned way in the mailbox. There is just something special about knowing that you were thought of by a friend or family member. There is also something very special about being the person to send out mail to brighten another person’s day.

The eeBoo offers a variety of Fold-to-Mail Stationary Sets, but we had fun filling out these Paper Doll stationary sheets with notes for family and friends. When they were done writing we simply folded the sheets, sealed them with the included stickers, and wrote in the appropriate addresses. I just love how these help teach my kids the lost art of letter mailing as well as provided them with a fun way to keep in touch with Great Grandparents who winter out of state.

eeBoo Watercolor Pencil sets
Next up I am excited to tell you about the Watercolor Pencils from eeBoo. That’s right, not watercolor paints (although they have those all well), but pencils! There are a few options to choose from for the tin that houses the set of 24 watercolor pencils, but my bird loving girls were excited to see we had received the Bird’s Nest Watercolor Pencils to play around with.

To use these watercolor pencils you simply color in an area with the desired color and then brush over the area with water to create the watercolor effect. Layer multiple pencil colors before brushing with water to create varied effects. This was a special treat for my daughter who LOVES all things artistic, although I would recommend having an eeBoo Watercolor Paper pad on hand for best results.

Heads up for those of you who are like me and want to include non-candy related items in Easter baskets this year. These make perfect gifts for those kids who have food allergies, don’t really like candy, or who you want to keep away from sugar (also known as saving your own sanity!).
