adventure made easy with PolarPro accessories :: giveaway
My husband and I just returned from a Hawaiian vacation and I will hands down say that my favorite sanity savers on this trip were from PolarPro. I was very excited to try out some of the PolarPro accessories with the OtterBox uniVERSE Case System and my excitement was well deserved. If you’re not familiar, the OtterBox uniVERSE Case System is a phone case that allows you to easily swap modules to give your phone new features and PolarPro has some great accessories to work with the system.
Packing for any trip always presents the fun challenge of bringing the correct amount of stuff without overpacking. One of the ways I have found to help myself is to leave my big bulky camera at home whenever possible and for most trips my phone takes perfectly acceptable photos. The FishEye is a great 2-in-1 combination lens for macro and wide-angle shots that is extremely user friendly but helps beef up those phone photos. Simply clip the FishEye onto your phone and take those wide-angle shots of landscapes or your group, when you want to have an extreme close up unscrew the wide-angle lens and use the macro to capture details at an amazingly close focal point. The macro works so well I could see my the ridges of fingerprints clearly through my phone lens!
When taking those photos sometimes you need a tripod for stability, a selfie stick, extension pole, or even as a grip when shooting video. The Trippler is a multitasking tool all those jobs with the ability to mount your phone vertically or horizontally. Easy to use and can also be adapted for use with GoPro cameras, other model phones, and point-and-shoot cameras. When not on adventures the Trippler helps to stabilize our FaceTime calls with family, for which my sister will be eternally thankful.
If you’re off on those adventures the last thing you want to do is run out of battery. The PowerPack is a great way to keep your phone charged without being tied down with cords. Depending on your specific phone model it contains 75-100% of a charge and is small enough that you can easily keep using your phone while it is charging. There is even an indicator light on the back to let you know how much of a charge is left and an on/off switch so you can save the power for when you really need it. Just use the included cord to charge the PowerPack using any USB port.
The last PolarPro accessory I have to share is the one I honestly used the most while on this recent vacation. Whether we were out for a nice dinner, lounging around at the pool all day, or simply running to the hotel’s grab-n-go cafe I always had the Stash with me. The Stash is a secure way to carry around up to three cards and my ID, room key, and some cash were easy to take with me everywhere. My phone was always near and even here at home has made quick errands much less of a juggling act.
