I don’t know about you, but life hasn’t slowed down simply because it’s the new year. While my health and fitness goals continue to be at an all time high, since my labral tear injury, the busy schedule still persists. The Four Upcoming Smoothies & Ingredient details

  • The Detox Island Green features a combination of spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana and fresh ginger.
  • Chia Blueberry Max provides a delicious combination of protein and antioxidants. The smoothie is packed with delicious ingredients including roasted banana, chia seeds, blueberries, peanut butter, almonds, dates, coconut, cinnamon, whole grain oats and whey protein.

  • Celery = ¼ cup
  • Green Apple = ½ apple
  • Ginger = 1 inch piece
  • Spinach = ½ cup
  • Kale = ¼ cup
  • Lemon = Juice of ½ lemon
  • Cucumber = ¼ cup
  • Avocado = ½ avocado
  • Coconut water = ½ cup
  • Ice = 1 & ½ cup

    I love visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe! We have one local also. In the summer the smoothies are so refreshing to me! I do want to try the Health Nut Smoothie.
