You know we all do it. OverINDULGE…on food during the holidays.  It’s what we do.  We try not to but sometimes it just happens. Did you do it on Thanksgiving?  All that turkey and stuffing, how could you not? We eat turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie until we can eat no more, then we take a nap or watch the game and do it again.

    We do the same on holidays and need to learn to stop before we’re achingly full.

    I tend to have decent control during the holidays; I don’t find I overeat much at all.

    At this time of year, it is so tempting to over-indulge because there are so many choices and everything looks so delicious.. Before you go to the Table its easy to say you going to not over indulge. Then you see all the tempting delicacies. Thank you for all the great tips on how not to over indulge, These will definitely help.

    Those are some good tips! I know I did pretty good on Thanksgiving, it was the days surrounding that were harder, since we were out of our everyday routine.
