    eating breakfast, stop asking my boyfriend to do things for me (like can you get me a drink,etc. — this is small but its little ways to push yourself to be more active and independent). also of course eating healthier — trying to eat homemade all the time — no shortcut foods and packaged items full of sodium and fat and calories.
