I’ve got a quick and easy move for you today from SELF Magazine that you can easily do on your lunch break, first thing in the morning, or even just before heading to bed this week. It will tone your chest and shoulders and give the girls a nice little lift, too! 😉
Here we go!! Start in a push-up position on knees or toes with hands set wide. In one fluid, circular motion, shift weight to right arm (as shown), lower yourself toward floor, then shift weight across body to left arm and push yourself back up to start. Do four reps, then switch directions, lowering on left side first, for four more reps.
Healthy Heart Helpful Hint :: As with most of my tips, the same hints apply. You definitely want t keep full breaths on this one, breathing IN as you circle down toward the floor and OUT as you push up and around. Keep your core tight and you will see and feel great results!!
