My kids just love smoothies. I am not sure if it’s because my husband and I always seem to be having one or something similar, or what it is? But the main reason that I love smoothies is that it can be different every. single. time. I love variety in my food and I love quick and easy. Boom! That’s what smoothies are.
The book, 201 Healthy Smoothies and Juices for Kids is a WONDERFUL collection of just what my family loves. Yes, it says it’s for kids, however we make them “family size” 🙂 And NO sugar.
