Well it’s nice and cold here in the Midwest, which means it’s time for carb-loading. Gotta keep ourselves warm, right? There’s no tastier way to do so than to eat massive amounts of pumpkin bread as soon as autumn arrives. I’m not afraid to tell you, I make the best pumpkin bread ever. And guess what? Today I am sharing my recipe with you. Because I love you all.
First, find yourself a helper. The shorter they are the better.
Then, be sure you have the following ingredients ::
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 – 15oz. can pumpkin
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients, then add in remaining remaining ingredients. Spread into greased loaf pan. Bake 35 – 40 min. or until center is dry when poked with a toothpick.
